Your Everest · Every May

8,849 metres. One month. Your way.

Maria often says everyone has an Everest of their own. Every May, supporters climb the height of Everest on stairs, hills, bikes or treadmills, and fundraise for her students as they go.

Make it yours

Everyone's Everest looks different.

Some people climb their office stairwell at lunch. Some take on a local hill every weekend. Some ride the same climb again and again until the numbers add up. Teams can split 8,849 metres between them.

  • Solo: the full 8,849 m in a month.
  • Family or friends: share the metres, one fundraising page.
  • Schools: a class or year group climbs together.
  • Companies: teams compete, the company matches what they raise.
